If you can not attend LIVE you can still register and receive the recording and you can send in any questions or topics you would like covered so we can bring you what would make a difference.  Feb. 18th Show Me the LOVE
9:30am-11am PST (with the online meeting room open till 12pm for specific questions or support) This workshop is all about compassion. Compassion for ourselves, for our children and for the situation at hand. How do we choose to love in situations that have us stretched and where we are experiencing heightened emotions or disregulation? We will look at self care and regulation routines for ourselves and how to help our children develop these tools for themselves. Recommended Offering is $15/person Pay it forward Offering is $30/person (pay for yourself plus a little for our scholarships) Scholarship Offering is complimentary (and we ask you to contribute by sharing with a friend and/or giving a review) (you will receive an email for payment options after you register) Feel free to send questions in advance to our email (or use the form below).
